About Park Palić
Park Palić Ltd. was founded by the Republic of Serbia, the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, and the City of Subotica with a clear goal for Palić to become a high-class European tourist destination. The development path is organized through the Tourism Complex Development Project – Master Plan.
Business Activities of Park Palić
The company also performs the following activities:
- Identifying locations (spatial-technological units) within the area covered by the Project and developing a development concept for the entire area;
- Creating conceptual solutions for individual locations;
- Managing the space in accordance with the Project and applicable spatial and planning documents;
- Preparing feasibility studies for individual locations and the entire area;
- Obtaining approvals required for the implementation of individual projects;
- Publishing calls for selecting the most favorable partner for individual projects;
- Establishing contractual relations with the selected partner;
- Managing projects in cooperation with the selected partner;
- Contractually managing the entire area as an integrated resource;
- Organizing events in the tourist area entrusted to its care;
- Marketing the Palić tourist destination.
